I have not been able to find any evidence that this movie was released in an english-language version in the US.
It was released in a german-language version by Tabu under the title MOANA IN LIEBE

The german on-line vendors I consulted suggest in their ads that Rocco Siffredi appears in the film (even though his name does not appear on box cover or movie credits), but that is NOT the case. The thumbnails that appear on the back of the Tabu German box cover have nothing to do with the movie. I have no clue why Tabu has advertised the movie in this fashion.

The cast as it appears on the movie credits is as follows:
Moana Pozzi, Jade East, Jenie Pepper=Jeannie Pepper, Desiree (black transsexual), Andre Allen=who I assume to be Sean Michaels. Gregor Samsa is uncredited, and there is another well-endowed black male in the last scene (who wears glasses) who was uncredited and whose identity is unknown to me.

I neglected to mention that my description of the movie and its scenes was the Tabu german version.
I could not eleaborate on the plot outline as I do not understand German.
The movie credits as far as I could tell were left intact (from its original version) but German title was obiviously inserted into the movie credits.
I would really love to know who this "Jim Reynolds" was in some/all the movies bearing his name.
The movie in question is very low-budget and not very well shot, with some scens taking place indoors and a couple outdoors. I don't understand the use of some actors like Gregor Samsa and the unindetified black actor at the end. Moana Pozzi was good looking but rather icy and cold. She definitely did not appear to be burning hot and appears to just going through the motions.
