The voice-over (in French) indicates her name is Angela. Impossible to tell whether the blonde woman is French or not. I could not properly tsee the male with her. Beyond that I really have no further info to add, but the rest of the clips seems to be of the type Thompson shoots in Germany

The voice over is in French, but I am not so sure she is French.
We never hear her speak French and throughout the scene she just pronounce Ya in a way that sounds German to me.
Also the men speak only German.
I agree with Len801 about the Thomson type of shoots.
