Concorde has released on dvd an old movie entitled "Une Femme D'Affaires". I had never heard of it.
Director is Jean-Laurent Bernard (??).
starring: Cathy Stewart, Eric Peyroll, Guy Royer, Cathy Harris et Bo Doolitle.

could it be a true rarity??
I don't think it's a compilation because there's a specific plot described in french on the website

Did not pay too much attention to this "missing" title from her filmo, but was originally titled "Une femme d'affaire tr?s sp?ciale". Don't know the exact year of release. I only have some back issues of the "Saison Cinematographique" of that period and could not find that movie listed.

This site does not provide that much more info into the director or movie:

I do not know that much about Stewart, but it was my impression she abandoned her career sometime in 1982 or so, and supposedly died of AIDS in 1994.. Her last movie appear to have been "Parfum de lingeries intimes" (1982).

thanks
yes Cathy Stewart sadly died at 37
she had left the biz circa 1984.
I know that Dominique Irissou and her were an item in the 80's, I wonder what became of him.

update: xcollectors lists the movie as directed by "Arnaud Loeb". Not sure it will help...

From reliable sources, it has been indicated her last movie was in 1982 (the one I mentioned). Unless those sources are not reliable and your sources (for 1984) are unimpeachable.

imdb is my source. I don't know if they have the years right

Below are the post-82 movies listed by imdb, some of them I know for sure she's in it, but were they really post-82? For instance, Wild Playgirls (alt. title for Parfum De Lingeries Intimes) is listed as a 1984 release

Wild Playgirls (1984) (as Cathy Stewart) .... Street Hooker
Demoiselles ? prendre par-derri?re (1984)
Tendre Corinne (1984) (V) (as Cathy Stewart) .... Sophie, la call-girl
Branche-moi l'antenne au cul (1983)
Initiation d'une femme mari?e (1983)
Les petites chattes timides (1983)
Ma culotte est mouill?e (1983) (as Cathy Stewart)
Chambres d'amis tr?s particuli?res (1983)
... aka "Swap Meet" - USA (video title)
L'odeur du sexe (1983) (as Cathy Stewart) .... La mari?e
Bourre-moi le cul (1983)
Les d?lices du tossing (1983) (as Cathy Stewart) .... Francine
D?tournement de mineur (1983) (as Cathy Steward)
Le lit d'?lodie (1983) (as Cathy Stewart)

IMBD is pretty realiable when it deals with mainstream movies (although they mess up some release dates, even for mainstream titles). Even when they know the release dates of movies in a performer's filmography, they litst them not in release order. I have no clue what order they sometimes follow.

When it comes to adult titles they are not really that reliable from what I have observed. Since I am not in the know as to the source(s) of information for adult or mainstream titles it is difficult to comment further, but I do not accept 100% of what they post about adult titles.
That said, it seems quite evident that some Stewart titles were released (theatrically/video) at least throughtiout 1983 (BRANCHE-MOI L'ANTENNE AU CULin fall 1983, DELICES DU TOSSING in very early 1983 as was the case for L'ODEUR DU SEXE and CHAMBRESW D'AMIS TRES PARTICULIERES.

I really cannot say for certain when she dropped out of the hc business, but I always assumed it was in 1982. If someone has better unimpeachable information/source, let them come forward.

The price for that "Femme D'Affaires" dvd is ok, at least domestically (= France), i'm probably going to purchase it
