Storyline:
Frank (Franco Trentalance) and Tony (Fabio Modenese) are two loan sharks who pay a visit to Sofia Visconti (Joy Karin's) who owns a boutique. Sofia is unable to repay the large amount she owes (200 million lire) notwithstanding Frank's threats, and he teaches her a lesson by forcing her into having sex with him. Sofia discusses the matter with her wheel-bound husband Silvio (Andrea Nobili), who suggests that she sell the house in order to settle their debts.
Frank has found a buyer for the house, a French businessman named Marc (Philippe Dean), but Sofia has to resolve a family matter in that she needs to get the consent of her estranged brother (who is a drugged-out DJ in a disco club) and sister (who is a sexologist) due to an inheritance. Sofia and Marc agree that he communicate directly with her siblings due to their strained relations.
Marc's first stop is at the disco where Sofia's brother works, Alex (Alex Mantegna). Marc offers him 70 million lire for his consent to which agrees. To celebrate the deal, Alex introduces Marc to two beautiful girls: blonde Alice (Nikki Anderson, although screen credits indicate Alice is played by Karma) and another dark-haired busty girl (name not mentioned) (Karma).
Marc next pays a visit to Sofia's sister Patrizia (Alessandra Schiavo), in the guise of a patient with sexual hang-ups. She thinks she has the solution, does a slow strip and has sex with him and she agrees to cede her share without any monetary compensation.
Sofia is not happy to sell the house for the amount she expects to get, and Marc tells her that he suspects that Frank and Silvio have plotted forcing her to sell the house, with Frank and Silvio splitting the amount and SIlvio dumping her. Since Silvio has a heart condition, Marc proposes to send him a sexy nurse, Valeria (Karma, in a blonde wig) in order to "excite" him and precipitate a heart attack, while Marc plans to have Frank killed off by making it look like a gangland settlement. Valeria is very successful in her mission and as soon as she makes him cum, he croaks and dies. Marc shoots and kills Frank in an underground garage.
Marc and Sofia are finally free of Frank and Silvio and have sex on a couch. Notary Corelli informs Sofia that her husband left a life insurance policy which would pay her 2 billion lire.

I noticed that at the EGAFD database for Pt 1, it is stated that Alessandra Schiavo does not appear in either Pt 1 or Pt 2 of this movie. I do not know who submitted this information, but I can only speak for Pt 1, and can confirm that she DOES appear in Pt 1 and has a sex scene with Philippe Dean (my point of reference is the Italian-language version).
In my review of the movie I stated that Silvio (Andrea Nobili) is "wheel-bound", by that I meant he is wheelchair-bound, that is he is in a wheelchair.
I also noted in doing some on-line searches that the movie is now available on DVD, not in 2 separate parts but in one complete edition.

I have dug up some more information about this movie.
It appears that the movie director had shot over 3 hours of material and could not possibly put it all in one VHS release. So he broke it up in two parts but had to modify each part to make some sense of different plot lines.
Supposedly the DVD release puts all the material in proper order, and is considered the complete version as originally envisioned by Grimaldi.
