From the terrible French dub and the background I'm now guessing
that it's a remarkably good-quality rip of a mid-80s Euro flick.

I am not that familiar with Jane Baker, but the girl in the clips is most probably Marilyn Jess (the mouth and teeth seem to match, although I dont' recall a trimmed bush like that)

It is Marilyn Jess and the movie is " Vacances ? Ibiza " ( G?rard Kiko?ne 1982 ).
