This looks like a Eurovision chick man. So what? She failed in the semis for France 72, then she's between jobs for 20 years and decides to get into porn in her 50s for a laugh?

Well, the rain showers she had was no joke - that's for sure. Interesting life this chick had - she should write a book.

erhm... I'm not that familiar with France Gall, the receiver of rain showers. She may very well have a lovely singing voice for all I know. However, in this case, I'd wager my last penny on the same name/different person scenario. Many models pick a celebrity-sounding moniker. Although they usually change at least one letter (like Claire Dames or Darryl Hanah), this lazy girl just plain nicked the whole name, sans alteration.

As for France Gall, the singer, she happens to be a hugely well-known entertainer in France, almost an institution, for decades. She also had some fairly big hits internationally ("Ella, Elle L'a" springs to mind). If she ever would have gotten even close the adult business, she would probably have kicked Sarkozy and everyone else of the front pages in France and would have been all over the internet as well.

Sorry to bust the scoop here. As for the someone at VEF who posted this, he should really have listened to his mother when she said "You'll go blind!". Hopefully, he was indeed fuckin' kidding. With at least four exclamation marks.

I was going to write almost the same thing that Mulholand wrote.

This girl does look a lot like France Gall, the singer, but I never read anything about that in French newspapers or forums. I checked La Cochonne and not a word about it. So it can't be her. If she was not shy of doing porn while almost at the top of her career, and even using her own name, people would have talked about it.

As Mulholand wrote she was an institution in France, specially in the 90s. She took a break from singing in the second part of the 80s and made a comeback in 1992 with her husband Michel Berger. It was a huge success... Both were extremely popular, but the sudden death of Berger at the end of 92 was a schock for everybody.
She kept on doing shows and recordings during the 90s. She was a real icon over there.

So I can't figure her, putting the dead body of her husband in the ground, and then going to a porn shoot.

But she was sexy and could be provocative. She sang a song written by Gainsbourg called Les sucettes (the lolipops), that was a non-disguised ode to fellatios.

What surprises me is that this girl uses the name France Gall at that time when she was very popular and all over the medias. Just think of Katsumi who had to become Katsuni.
