I found this blonde girl in a movie:

Unfortunately, however, the DVD did not give any hint to who that might be....Anyway the German title of he movie is "Teenie Hexen". Maybe someone knows who that might be.

It's listed as Teeny Hexen on EGAFD and the girl is Miss Pomodoro
