According to the credits shown on the american Ona Zee Productions VHS release, this is actually an italian "Stars Pictures" production, directed by Alex Martini.
The original title is "I Segreti di Madame X".

Yep; there are parts 1 and 2 available on US DVD [I don't know whether
the Italian VHS release was bipartite, and I don't think it's been released
on DVD/s in Europe.
Both US parts share a common, fairly long intro but after that differ in
action and in cast with the absence of Dina from Pt.2. Draghixa's scene in
pt.2 is a shorter version of the night-club scene in Seduzione.
