MAKE LINKS CLICKABLE. I've just finished 14 hours at
work and really don't want to copy/paste links.
I and many others WILL SIMPLY NOT LOOK at unlinked URLs.

Why don't you add a standard piece of text in this "Reply to this message" text window, locating it at the bottom; like this (see below):
If you want to post any links in this message, please paste them inside the brackets shown below:
Add more brackets if you need them.
