Does anybody know where "Bill the Bull", the favourite Black token of Color Climax loops was originally from? I know that he's Caribbean but I mean where exactly?

There was an interview by milkywaychannel.com with Franco Roccaforte where he told that he is from Venezuela and a naturalised German citizen. I'm afraid it is not available anymore. Does someone have another source to confirm this?

Concerning Roccaforte, all your information is accurate. I also recall having read (in some early 1990s issue of the french specialized magazine HOT VIDEO) that he initially arrived in Germany on the purpose to study medicine!
