Offertes a Tout 4 is widely available from French suppliers: try Cyberdvdx, Absolumentx or bestdvdx.
One of them will probably have the Colmax version of Stupri di Guerra [Rebelles] as well, or you could order direct.

Rosetten Jodler is supposedly available on DVD but I've never managed to track down a copy this side of the Urals.
