Looking for a title

Hi,
I'm looking for a 80' french movie title.
The story takes place in a manor (or big house).
I just remember two scenes.
Blowing job in a bedroom with a sleeping retarded guy on a armchair.
Scene with a couple in the kitchen. The maid is cooking, rolling a pastry,
at the end of the scene the guy ejaculates on the pastry, and the maid finishes to roll it.
