were Lemieuvres brother and sister?

A French acquaintance recently told me that Richard Lemieuvre (aka Richard Allan) http://www.egafd.com/actors/details.php/id/12
and Lilliane Lemieuvre (aka Liliane Allan) http://www.egafd.com/actresses/details.php/id/l0005
are real-lfe brother and sister, and that although neither Lemieuvre nor Allan is their real surname, they decided to use the same surnames "de plume" when they went into porn, both at the start of their career and when they later changed it.
I don't recall whether Richard and Lilliane Lemieuvre ever did a sex scene together (as opposed to just appearing in the same scene but not interacting) but if they did, that would make my friend's claim a bit suspicious. I know they weren't husband and wife: Richard Allan was (is?) married to Helen Shirley (aka Nicole Segaud).
