Different people.
Tina Small: First known pictorial May 1979. Last known work 'Vision X No.3' video which was released in 1988.
Zena Fulsom: First Known appearance 'Introducing Zena Fulsom' video which was released in 1991 when she claimed, and looked, to be age 19. The video 'Zena Fulsom does Hardcore' was relaesed the following year and I don't know of any work subsequently - unless anyone can tell us who she actually is once you remove the false tits.
