I don't know about downloading the films, but DVDCity in K?benhavn is showing it has 'I Tyrens Tegn' on
VHS and
DVD.

These movies (and many more) are downloadable in the p2p network with software like eDonkey or eMule. More information you will get at
http://www.emule.org or
http://www.emule-project.net.
But be warned: In most cases download of movies is illegal!
