Private list her as being Russian.
Looking at the credits on my copy of
Rocco e le Storie Vere there is no Valentine credited but there is a Valeria Bondarenko.

She is Russian from Moscow.

She was credited as Angela in two Elegant Angel videos directed by Patrick Collins:
