For me the best Euro country when it comes to anal (and other extreme sexual practices like fisting or watersports) is for sure Germany.
As for Euro anal actresses, I really liked Deborah Coeur and Celine la perverse back in the '90s, then Laura Angel and Daniella Rush in early 2000s and probably Julie Silver and Janet Alfano are my favourites nowadays. Annette from GGG/John Thompson movies is great as well, too bad that she only appears in movies from that producer.
