Looking For An Actress

I need your help in order to identify an actress who appeared in a movie with Francesco Malcom (not 100% sure) in the 90s, she had the head of a lion tatooed on her ass. She also used to appear on some Italian channels late at night doing stiptease in a shower to advertise a local call girl company.
Unluckily I lost this movie and I'm trying to locate its name through this actress. I already tried to look on Google in all F.Malcom's movies but to no avail. Thank for all the help you might give.
