Oceane...ID movie Please.

Can someone Id this (french?) movie? I believe it was shot in the late 90's or early 2000's. One scene has Oceane first w/ one guy and then two guys spying on them join in. A second scene is a threesome w/ one girl and two guys in what looks to be a limo. Third scene is a real good looking brunette with an older guy having sex in a big room of a mansion. Fourth scene is the hot brunnete, the older guy and 3 more people ( a blond girl and two guys) in a room. any help greatly appreciated.
