I have recently seen movies with both actresses in question and I also agree that this actress looks much more like Charly Sparks. Definitely she's not Eva Delage, too young to be her.
Only doubt for me is that when Gina Wild ... vol. 5 was shot, Charly was supposed to be retired since a few years; I don't remember her in anything shot later than '97.
