Movie ID: Clockwork "Hard"

Can anyone ID this movie/actress? A Clockwork Orange take-off, probably French? In one scene, three guys and one woman sporting the mask/long nose of the original movie, attack a "wife" and a man in their home. The "wife" has dark curly hair and appears to be in gym/athletic suit -- the man old, bald. The three guys take care of the wife, while the woman puts the man on the floor and jacks him off and celebrates afterwards???...
