anyone knows who are the two girls with the black man in the " pen pal passion " color climax movies?

I believe the only well known black actor in CC productions was "Bill the Bull". To my knowledge, besides "Tiny Tove", most of the CC actresses did not have official "stage names". In one loop they could for instance be called "Inger", but in the next one (depending on the script) that could be a totally different name..
