i d movie

can anyone identify the following movie please. a man in shorts in his room doing bench weights stops to look in the mirror and plays with himself. woman in another building sneaks out and crawls along to the window where the man is playing with himself and she watches him. man sees her ,she gets in the window and they start to get it on. probably an 70's or 80's movie.
