ID movie and actress

There is a clip which appears on quite a lot of websites and I am trying to find out the name of the movie it comes from. The clip is set in a school gymnasium and shows a free-for-all orgy with I think 6 young girls and 3 men.

Also interested to ID one of the actresses in the clip who has short blonde hair.

The clip I have seen is in German but sounds dubbed.
