How can I publish photos in this forum?
This can describe me somebody briefly.

It involves your usage of a Bulletin Board element similar to Hyper Text Markup Language.
The key here is using square brackets ("[" "]") in place of angle brackets ("").
The code would look like this, but you must
delete the spaces. I had to put them in to illustrate the element. [N.B.: this image does not exist]

http://www.unknown-actress.de/eighties/image0019.jpg] [ /url ] [ /img ]
