After going through all the films in the database here, it seems that I have another two late 1990s explicit movies directed by Joe D'Amato which are uncredited here.
Both of these are Italian, from ECA Film, and released here in the U.S.A. by Sin City. The technical credits shown at the ends of the movies are most likely Anglicised fakes. I believe I have the producer's real name.
"Calamity Jane" [#1] [1998: Italy. Producer: Pierluigi Sacchetti. Director: Joe D'Amato. Run Time: 69?']
Featuring: Missy, Maria De Sanchez, Jade, Maria Szolontai, Eva Falk
Philipe Dean, Richard Langin, Bruno Sx. Special appearance: Rocco Siffredi
The sets used for many of the ?spaghetti Westerns? of the 1970s were still extent in 1998. Joe D'Amato decided to use them again. Missy is our titular female. She is the proprietor of a saloon | brothel in an unidentified American western town. She seems to be the town's most bustling business.
The town has a reputation as the place to go to have a good time. It is practically serene. Bar fights do not occur; the bank isn't robbed; marauding bandit gangs do not kidnap people, or steal horses. But everybody who comes comes. We view some of the activities of the ladies in Calamity Jane's employ.
Befitting the decade when it was lensed, there is a lot of gritty sex. But Joe did a very good job at hiring actresses who look like they could have lived a century earlier. There are no eyebrow-raising females with inflated breasts or emphasized tanlines.
Joe manages to work in some "artsy-fartsy" shots. He saves up his ammunition for the final scene (the one with Rocco). As you may have read, Joe thought Rocco was a fine actor and an enthusiastic performer. He always tried to cast Rocco somewhere in his movies. Rocco fulfills his part of the bargain. This movie is self-contained. But it lent itself to a sequel.
"Calamity Jane #2" [1998: Italy. Producer: Pierluigi Sacchetti. Director: Joe D'Amato. Run Time: 2' {trailer for #1} + 71?']
Featuring: Missy, Jade, Maria Szolontai, Eva Falk, Ursula Moore, Regina Sipos
Philipe Dean, Roberto Malone, Richard Langin, Bruno Sx, Oliver Sanchez
Missy is still reminiscing about her life in the American west. She does this because business is slow. The town has been so placid; most of the work her females have been getting have been the payoffs to the sheriff and his deputies and associates.
We glimpse those. The sheriff has some deviant fetishes. The ?payoff? scene in this movie runs twenty-eight minutes, involving himself, his deputy, and Ursula Moore. I have no idea how long it took to actually lens this scene, but the erotic level of the footage we view never subsides.
We have a scene where Joe manages to frame three females all being doggied simultaneously. We have two-on-twos, two-on-threes, a double penetration where both males get to perform the anal {!}; and the pi?ce de r?sistence [pardon my French] when Missy rode into town and surprised the assayist at the town bank. She commits a depraved act with him and his assistant before allowing them to return the favor.

I suspect these may be alternative titles for
