Please help identifying this film

Hi folks!
About 10 years ago I watched an in my opinion really good (soft?)-porn movie on TV. I guess the movie was made in the mid-80s to the early 90s and was made in Italy or France. I hope anyone has an idea how this movie is called. The story is going on like this:
The story takes place at some sort of hotel in a lonesome hill area outside a city. The hotel itself has a swimmingpool outside. Main person is the young daughter (around 20) of the hotel-boss (who is her divorced mother). The other main person is the boyfriend of her mother. He tries all the movie long to have sex with the daughter but she does not give him any chance and has sex with various other guys in front of him to make him mad.
So we see her as she has sex with a guy at a wooden fence outside the hotel in front of the boyfriend of her mother. As the story goes on she is laying at the pool and gets some petting by an really old man - again in front of the other guy. At the end of the movie he tells her mother (and his girlfriend) what her daughter is doing all the time and does not let him have sex with her. She then gives her daughter the command to have sex with him and give everything to him what he wants. The daughter follows this command, goes with him into the bedroom and lets him finally have sex with her as hard as he wants.
Hopefully anyone knows the title of this movie.
