Franz Antel did a series of Frau Wirtin movies w Edwige Fenech,Fred Williams,Harald Dietl,Glenn Saxson(this Kriminal actor is actually Dutch),Femi Benussi...made under pseudonym Fran?ois Legrand(?).

Other interesting movies are the Schulmadchen Report,Hausfrauen Report series...(maybe as a budget series at reasonably 8-12? priced:))

And of course if the rights are available, some German 8 mm.loops like from Tabu,Ribu,Wara,CD film,Professional Film,Lasse Braun,etc..???

You're not alone. And things are slowly starting to happen.

Herzog has put out a good back catalogue with some Mutzenbacher, Gunther Otto and Hans Billian films.

Mike Hunter is doing the same (here you will also find Lasse Braun), as well as Ribu and VTO. There may be more.

Sadly, Tabu - arguably the best of the German labels - hasn't really been up to much... There's a "compilation" called "30 Jahre Tabu 1969-1999" This is fun ? a handful of classic Billian loops are included - but frustrating, as you only get some 2-3 minutes from each title. "Eine Verdammte Heisse Braut" is a little better, this film contains footage from many Hans Billian loop-classics, about 5-10 minutes of each (original length: 15-25 min.). There's also a good Mutzenbacher film, "Die Beichte der JM". (Plus some 90's Billian films, but they are hardly vintage.)

Otherwise, Tabu mainly puts out contemporary stuff. Their "cult" section deals with Jenna Jameson and Michael Ninn films dubbed in German. Considering their archive, that's pretty lame. What are they thinking?! (probably "We make more money doing Ninn than Billan.")
