Do the French and Italian Ebays have a mature section like the USA one?

I couldn't find a section on Ebay.com clearly labelled 'Adult', 'Mature' or 'Over 18s' (as on qxl.co.uk) but I note that they give the option of browsing the DVD section by their rating, including R -- if that is what you mean.
Unfortunately, I don't speak either French or Italian but I did a quick search for 'Emmanuelle' on the French Ebay site and it came up with a number of results. And if it is films you are looking for, it did remind me of another factor to consider namely that they use the SECAM system and not PAL or NTSC so you would need to check you could play these (sorry if you feel that's stating the obvious but I'd forgotten that detail until I saw the word in the item description so I thought it worth mentioning).
Using altavista's Babelfish translation service to read the French site in English produced variable results with some of the text remaining untranslated (obviously the graphic buttons remained in French) but it helped a little so you could try that too at http://world.altavista.com/
