This sounds like "L'Amour ? la bouche", a 1974 film by G?rard Kiko?ne and starring Nadine Perles (who also was in Just Jaeckin's version of "The Story of O"). It used to be available on VHS in France (under its original title) and the US (as "Mannequin", dubbed in English). I don't think there's a DVD.

I've seen it on both eBay and Priceminister (a French second hand site). With some luck you should be able to find it sooner or later.
