Hire models?

I am looking for good agencies in Europe where I can hire good adult models for hardcore work. I want to get in touch with the east european girls like MYA Diamond and girls like that. Can anyone tell me where I can find some agencies that has tons of good looking models?

Actually I am looking for an agent that knows the place and the people, the locations and the places to get all the upcomming porn models.
We are a big crew in Germany and plan something big in eastern europe, so if you are an agent please let me know so that we might work somthing out.
