Just saw Casino Royal (Sex Fiction).

5 girls. One (a brunette) only does some nude dancing (could be credited as Poli Stolz??); another (a blonde) only gives a blowjob (could be credited as Scilla Page??).

All (other) sex scenes are done by three girls: Dalila, Olivia Del Rio and Yasmine. If there is any logic in the begin credits, she should be credited as Fiorella Arquette.

The copy I saw didn't have end credits.

I think there are 4 girls. The brunette and the blonde seem to be the same girl: Csilla Kalnay, credited as Scilla Page. Then Yasmine is credited as Fiorella Arquette.
Poli Stolz is an actor, killed by Yasmine in this movie.

Could be. The blonde was clearly wearing a wig.
I didn't recogize the brunette as Csilla Kalnay. I didn't see her usual tattoo near her navel. Then again, the video was made in 1996, which is early for Csilla. Perhaps before she was tattooed.
