Despite cover box shows her, I can confirm that Draghixa is not in Education d'une pute (dir M. ricaud).

in fact there's a cute girl with curly long hair, a little younger than other actresses, and i think that a draghixa picture was used in 1995 to design cover box to increase the sales. No name for the unknow, sorry i can't vidcaps it to show you all.
The video itself was surely not shoot in 1995 , but late 80's or 1990 - 1991 , before draghixa carreer began; the car style, background voice on radio car , ... is more adequate to late 80's.
I'll try to bring more precisions in the future.
