What film is that picture from?

It's from "Phallus Phantasien" (German dubbed sound) I don't have the box cover, but the label could have been X-Y Productions. It looks like a French/Italian production, and I suppose this is the same movie as either "Analissimo" 1 or 2 (compare cast)

Are the films mentioned in those two links European or American?

I guess these are European films that had their original titles "translated" for the American market.
