Thunder Boobs is a really confusing video as you say it's from 1999, IAFD says it's from 1993 and my copy is copyrighted 1996.
It also has another European in it, Linzi Drew in a non-sex role.

IAFD is definitely wrong as often ..
1999 may be the release date of the BigTop edition which i found by searching
"your" date is very probably correct regarding movie?s 1st release.
T(h)eresa/Terry?s appearance as SCORE girl was near the end of her porn career.
