It has something to do with their Method of Shooting their Films (not all), Billian and Warhol, believe it or not.

Warhol shot his Film "Blue Movie" in just 1 Day, and so did Billian with one or several of his Direct-to-Video-Films in the late 90s.

What films were they then? I did not think he made any after the Immerscharf series.

He names them in the Interview he gave "Splatting Image", look for it.
Maybe they were shot earlier.

this interview with H.B. took place in 1996. therefore it is very probable H.B. means an episode of "Familie Immerscharf".
he was complaining about the current working conditions which would force him to shoot a 85 min movie within a day. only his routine & experience would make a better product out of the raw shooting than actually possible.
his last sentence above: "but the conditions are absolutely bleak."

Thank you for this information AP. It would probably confirm that Immerscharf was his last films. I also wonder if this is the reason why Immerscharf teil 5 - 8 were so substantially different from the first four. It has often been assumed the change of style was the result of Billian not be the director, but this may indicate that he had to change the style of the last four out of (financial?) necessity.
