Your Choice - A Cautionary Tale

Having ordered some DVD's they arrived with no problems - and in very good time.
I then noticed that my Credit Card had been debited twice for the items.
So I E-Mailed Your Choice on 17 March
They replied on 19 March
Regarding your question, we have a duplicated order on our files
which explains the credit card being debited twice. Our sincere
aplogies. Could you please return the two duplicated DVD's
under your customer No.205/059. We will refund you as soon as we
receive the items. Please advise us if this unsatisfactory.
I replied NO I have not received a duplicate order.
They replied on 22 March
There has been a mistake made on our records, and on your file we
had processed 4 DVD's. We do apologise. As you have only
received 2 items we have credited your file with GBP XX.00 to be deducted
from your next order. Please advise us if this is unsatisfactory.
To which I replied on 23 March that I required my Credit Card refunding.
I have not received any reply since then.
