Backey Jakic Balkan films

I wonder if anyone is a position to advise if two films made by Backey Jakic in the Balkans are definitely different films, or different versions of the same one? They are 'Die Toechter des Schmieds', and Die Schwestern der Braut, part 2'. Both have been released by MMV and the casts seem identical and the publicity photos remarkably similar. Any information would be appreciated. The titles translate in English as 'The blacksmith's daughter' and 'The bride's sister'.
