starting a new thread about this special topic:

********************************
according to the known interview in "Splatting Image":
H.B. worked for the Swedish producer "Venus Film" 1969/70
which had started with magazines and hired H.B. for its new film production
( shorts in S8 ~ 100 - 150m).
He told he had directed 11 of such shorts in Stockholm in 1970
which were characterized by a story line .. not only humptydumpty ...

*********************************

i remember a Venus production in the 70?s but cannot imagine titles, topics etc. .. perhaps a S8 collector can tell something ... or a Scandinavian member.
who is the copyright successor of "Venus"???

"In his book Billian mentions his HC-loops (and some long films):

Sexy Clinic (1969, silent)
Red Lolita (1969, silent)
Wedding Night for Three (silent)
Also Thieves Do It (1969, silent)
Chambermaiden?s Orgy (silent)
Lesbian Sisters (silent)
Diary of a Massage Salon (2 parts) (silent)
Die Villa der Orgien (silent)
Orgie in der Hochzeitsnacht (silent)
Die keusche Nachbarin (silent)

Most of the silent loops were done in Stockholm and in Copenhagen."

big thanks to Billi

those mentioned above silent loops could be indeed the 11 Scandinavian HC loops H.B. mentioned in his last interview of 1996 (incl. one loop in 2 parts).
but a little bit disturbing: the titles in the different languages ( 7 in English/ 3 in German).

but the central questions remain:

who has ever seen these loops??
do exist compilations ( S8 or later on video)?
who has released ( as copyright successor???) the stuff later perhaps with different titles as often happened??

greetings AP

Blue Vanities, European loops 161, 2nd loop has the title Wedding Night for Three, Venus Films.

I have this collection and iirc the loop in question has a blonde with a bridal veil having sex with two men.

The collection also has No Morals, a late 70s long loop shot in Britain (not by Billian, before anyone asks, but probably by John Lindsay). This also exists in a version with dubbed dialogue. All Blue Vanities tapes have a musical overdub, which does not mean that they were all originally silent, though at this time sound was usually added later anyway.
