I notice this director has a lot of films to his credit. Who is he? What country does he operate from? Is it an alias for another director?

only out of my memory ....
he was the home director of VTO ( T. Orlowski) in its best time.
the name sounds slavic .. but 20% of German family names are slavic origin.
i am sure he is German based
