Can anyone confirm the sense of this:
"Tot onze spijt moeten wij u mededelen dat door verhuizing van ons kantoor vertraging van de door u bestelde producten is ontstaan. Wij bieden u daarvoor onze excuses aan.
Wij verzekeren u dat uw bestelling zo spoedig mogelijk afgeleverd wordt. Wij hopen op uw begrip".

I take it roughly as: 'sorry for the delay- we will despatch order as soon as possible. Apologies, etc'.

That is more or less what it says. The reason they give for the delay is that they have moved/are moving their offices. And they hope that you will understand.
