Since Euro-Max 4 is being listed, I guess I can give info on others in the series as well.

They were all directed by Nic Cramer aka Nic Cream aka Alf Uman and were distributed by Sin City. They were made in 1995, mostly at the Cannes festival. I believe they are American titles; hence the appearances of many American performers.
