but which one has the original italian title "La Lunga notte della paura"?
I thought it was "Violence italienne" but what is the italian title of the other one?
BTW, "Violence italienne" is from 1993 or 1994 not 1997.

She is also in the two Michel Ricaud "Offertes ? tout 1" and "Carolyn Superstar" credited as Ildiko.

Thanks a lot. You may find that the above are the wrong way round for the next update, until those who gave us the info about La Lunga notte della paura have had a chance to comment. It doesn't mean I think you are wrong. I don't know one way or the other.

I have found this name listed only in the credits of "La lunga notte della paura" as Ildiko Varconi.
If somebody post the cast of the two dvd I'll be able to tell which is the other italian title.

They have almost the same cast except that Violences has also Betty Gabor and Deborah Wells.

This is rather strange as I suspect some kind of scam about Vertiges.
Let's proceed with order. First of all, I confirm that VIolence italienne is La lunga notte della paura.
About the other, though I own all of Salieri's features (if I have to believe the videography included in a catalogue of his label) I don't have any sporting the cast displayed on the cover of Vertige. The most similar is that of "Diritto d'autore" who has Chanel and Maeva, but no Ildiko and Andrea Valente (a nick for Simona Valli).
So I must deduce this is a unreleased video.
But there's also another possibility. With the exception of Chanel, the cast is exactly the same of Nicky Ranieri's "Masturbazione".

All I can add is that Vertiges was released first in France (November 1993)
while Violences was released only a few months after (March 1994)

Another trivia note: in Hot Vid?o magazine (June 1993 issue), there was a small news article about the love story between Philippe Soine and Ildiko who met each other on a Salieri set in France.

"Vertiges italiens" is edited by Colmax in France, and on the coverbox you can see the original italian title which is "Maeva". And indeed, Maeva plays the hostess in this movie. She introduces the scenes :

2. Ildiko Varcon, Philippe Soine
3. Julia Chanel, Jean-Yves Lecastel
4. Maeva, Philippe Soine
5. Maeva

Ildiko Varcon is also in the cast of "Epoques lascives, Carol - hier et aujourd'hui" (original german title is "Geile Zeiten"), directed by Tom Syderburg. Carol Lynn is the main actress. Betty Gabor have a scene in the movie also.
