Before proceeding with something
I wanted to know the thoughts of folks
About mocking the disabled .

I have seen a video by someone and they seems to consider fair to be rude about the folks in the home made video , and the commentary says it all


I would it offence under the equality act 2010

I have just thought I would not be able to post the video under the same act

I have no time for being rude about less fortunate people , if this is the correct phase to describe less abled bodied people

So I am asking if you
Consider Okay or Not

The initial reason for me posting this

I stumbled over a video as made by a model who took to promoting her new mobile phone by making a video of her town
It covers a sea side area and at times all it appears to just mock then residents
At one sections an elderly male is walking with a stick and a hunched back
The voice of the model is very clearly heard mocking the male


Yet if the model gets her tits out for a stills still is fine , however video content of the same shoot , she is known to go shouting to the web site owning
Bemoaning how she does not do these levels and she was young and new to the world of modelling

However the video she posted is very recent
As I say I do consider her media is in conflict with the equality Act 2010
By taking down the video is not good enough as no doubt her view of being a victim of being her own promotion
