Council workers

A neighbour of mine works for the local council and he's doing some work to his house. The amount of materials I see coming out of council vans is ridiculous. He might have paid for them but I doubt it. I daresay most of us have "borrowed" things from our employers but this is getting beyond a joke. He's a nice bloke and I'm certainly not going to grass him up but it pisses me off that I'm paying for his renovations.

He is stealing from his employers as well as you the Council Tax payer. He can't be a decent bloke and a thief surely?
