Having destroyed the military infrastructure in Libya by an intense bombing campaign and got rid of Gaddafi, Libya was then left to collapse.

As a result of this collapse the UK has signed a deal to train 2000 cadets in the UK in order to try and stop complete anarchy becoming the standard.

And here is the result......

The biggest success was the increase in VP Tony Bliar's property portfolio. Before long he'll be a rival to the Duke of Westminster and the Chuch of England....cue Hail to the Chief at loud volumes....

There are two reasons why the Libyan cadets are in Britain.

1. The Libyan government does not have the capability to train these cadets, themselves, given that government has all but collapsed.
2. Libya is far too dangerous for British forces, particularly in areas like Benghazi, the defence of which was largely the reason for the UK bombing campaign in the first place.

Another British intervention disaster! No wonder, a number of them have claimed asylum.

And who was dry bumming Libya when the lunatic Qadaffi was in power? Err let me guess....went to an expensive private school in Edinburgh, married a munter and owns more houses than London & Quadrant..
Too dangerous for British forces? Eh? Our lads have just spent 11 years in Afghanistan fighting for the USA....

You give the impression of being someone's rambling, slavering granddad. Every time someone mentions Libya you start dribbling on about Blair. Every time Iraq is mentioned the same.

We know all that. We know Blair is a war criminal. But the guy is not Prime Minister. Haven't you noticed?

I like the bit about the 2,000 Libyan cadets "hand-picked by the British Army" and this is a cracker "Peter Robinson, who chairs the parish council, said: ?I thought Muslims didn?t drink but there has been a run on vodka in the local shop. That?s their favourite trip ? going to the Spar and then stealing bicycles.?

I think it must be the Koran and evil Islam that has made them act so badly. Who said that?.......err.

If it gets any worse it will be like the British troops stationed in Cyprus...........
