No idea what you are talking about here other than I have clearly had the temerity, a bit like Max Tranmere, of disagreeing with you and as a result you have lost your rag. I suspect you wanted me to answer a question which had nothing to do with my argument. If you put your point a bit more clearly in the relevant thread I will be delighted to reply.
