Yep, it seems moving to a different continent isn't enough to satisfy ATVOD they're not UK based anymore!

Though slightly hyperbolic with its use of 'Slap Down' in the header, any decision by Ofcom that goes against atvod should be cause for some celebration. Unfortunately the sting is in the tail that was Johnson's reply, which gave clear notice of his wish to erect an internet firewall around this country that will rival anything that China has managed to build to deny their citizens access to material considered 'unsafe'.

I think ATVOD got confused with who theyre protecting.

I used to pass by their doors in Station Road several times a week, as my office used to be 600 yards from there. They had a tiny black 6x4 inch plaque with PBTV on it; nothing more.
