after the sad events in the Med earlier this week.. is it time Europe puts in place a open door policy for African asylum seekers etc. to safely arrive on main land Europe?

Suggestions include running ferry type boats from North Africa to various ports... process the paperwork and then allow the asylum seekers to move safely & freely to the UK or wherever they want to live...

A tragedy on a human scale but 350 less Somalians in Europe is not a bad thing. They are among the most corrupt and violent criminals on the planet and no doubt some of them would have ended up in the UK..Australia still has the right idea.
