Sweden is falling apart...

Interesting news piece and interview following the race riots in Sweden. It is incredible that politicians across western Europe have cocked this all up so badly - a multicultural society has a lot of plus-points if the thing happens gradually and the people arriving and their descendants are as loyal to the country as they demand the country be loyal to them. But what always happens is such vast numbers are permitted, the regions struggle to absorb the numbers, social services and local amenities can not cope, and when all the problems start the politicians who caused it have by then left politics and are earning multi-millions in the private sector trading off all the contacts they made whilst in politics. Incomers and their descendants who have a different ideology refuse to adapt to the ways and traditions of that place, especially muslims, and that causes more problems. Anyway, this is quite an interesting piece and interview:

It's like if you're a family of 4 living in a mansion, and you want to fill up the empty rooms without risking the integrity of the family. You start by inviting one person to take up residence, get to know and trust that person first, then the family that is now 5 decides who the 6th person is to be, then the family of 6 decides who the 7th is to be, and so on and so on, until all rooms have been filled. Then it becomes one big mansion of a family. That's the theory at least, but the practice should have stuck somewhat to the theory instead of filling up all the rooms in one go making the family of 4 feel they are no longer welcome in their own house. It's not too late for Britain if the government stops all futher movement of people into Britain, except for those who are educated and good-looking, especially sexy Brazillian chicks. They can come over and stay at my mansion any time.

I like the mansion analogy although here in Britain I feel is more like a industrial mill town with a dirty big factory looming on the horization owned by family of wealth thanks to the factory where the people in the town all worked.

As time went on the factory owners wanted more and more money but found those pesky workers didn't fancy the idea of not being paid enough to live on.

Factory owner brings lots of new workers from a collection of shithole other towns to work in his factory and they now live in the town so he don't need the original ones.

the original workers find themselves strangers in their town and unable to afford to live there meanwhile more and strangers pour into town, even the first influx of new workers are getting peed off.

Anyway the wealthy family who own the factory dont give a shit as they haven't got to live anywhere near the place as they live elsewhere with nice people like themselves.

If people at the top of the social hierarchies eg politicians are self interested - and according to your example they are - then if other people take their lead from those at the top it's no surprise that they too are self interested.

Leadership is about setting an example, and they're not setting a good one.

Its no wonder their country is falling apart if the furniture in IKEA is anything to go by.

Well it is always interesting to get the views on other countries from that powerhouse of freedom and liberty, Russia, Max. Journalists have to give the state view otherwise they end up being shot or having plutonium as a side dish with their evening meal (allegedly Mr. Putin!!!)

Cors if you protested in Russia and fire bombed a car, you would probably disappear for a 20 stretch in Siberia so that makes it easier to control the stroppy natives.

Is the ginger bloke with a beard, Pat Condell in disguise?

You bet. You also summed up what the British do when they go abroad as well. Well done. Sometimes they even invade the country. Where did the Empire go?

funny...NOT. There is nothing wrong with IKEA furniture. It is what it is, and it is what it's meant to be. It holds up extremely well. I still have a great computer desk I bought in 1997 when I was still at uni in the UK. I took it with me to Canada when I migrated there a couple years later and to Sweden when I migrated here in 2007. It's still going strong and in pristine condition.

When people of Sweden want better quality or alternatives, they have a host other choices such as ILVA, Miljo, XXX Lutz etc etc. Just like H&M (another Swedish brand) isn't the be all end all.

Anyway, I live in Sweden, and you'd have to put a gun to my head to force me to move to the UK...and I'd probably still resist.

Sweden could fall apart til it reaches it's lowest. It'll still be more 'together' than 'Great' Britain. You don't have people trying to off you if you don't pay them back 50 kronor (5 quid). That's the sort of money that causes stabbings and ill will in the UK. lol
